SKAFOLD EDUCATION

Learning is self-transformation

Skafold Education comes from the Scaffolding theory by Lev Vygotsky, a famous educational psychologist on children's cognitive development. Scaffolding is one of the most important social interaction features that stimulate children's cognitive growth (Berk,2013). It is the approach of step by step guiding children's understanding into intersubjectivity, which is "the process whereby two participants who begin a task with different understandings arrive at a shared understanding" (Berk, 2013). As a result, learning should be pragmatic and internalized by the students. We want the learners to develop their curiosity and achieve goals while increasing their self-esteem. Here, we are surrounded by a progressive and supportive teaching atmosphere where we will all grow together as a community.

INDUCTIVE LEARNING

Learning is cheerful, and teachers should let children grow in a consistent and accommodating environment. An active and inductive classroom stimulates students’ academic, social, relational, and cognitive development with positive relationships between the student teacher and the kids themselves. By internalizing students’ learning interests, they become independent in their learning exploration.
